# Performance Analytics

In Unitlab Annotate, there are several performance analytics available, including Project Statistics, each Member Statistics within a project, and workspace member's overall statistics across multiple projects.

### Project Statistics

When annotating data collaboratively, it's crucial to track both progress and the performance of team members. To streamline this process, Unitlab Annotate offers detailed, real-time insights into project progress and individual member contributions.

In Unitlab Annotate, you can view the overall progress of annotation and, if the reviewing flow is enabled, review progress; otherwise, only the annotation progress is displayed.

### Member Statistics

Members' overall statistics across multiple projects are important as they allow you to evaluate your members' performance over time.

To view a member's overall statistics, navigate to the member page on the Unitlab Annotate Dashboard and click on the member's profile box.

On the page, you can view the following overall statistics:

* Worked days
* The number of assigned projects
* &#x20;Positions as an annotator or a reviewer
* Feedbacks
* The busy rate

The busy rate represents a member's busyness based on three categories: <mark style="color:blue;">"free"</mark>, <mark style="color:blue;">"medium"</mark>, and <mark style="color:blue;">"busy"</mark>. It is helpful when assigning a member to a new project by considering his or her busy rate.

To view a member's detailed statistics, click on the 'Member Statistics' button located on the left side under the member's profile.
