In Unitlab Annotate, each project belongs to a workspace. As soon as you register for a Unitlab account, a workspace is automatically established for you. You can get started by creating projects in your current workspace and annotating your data.
Learn how to quickly get started and annotate your data on the Setup a Project page.
You can create unlimited workspaces based on your project needs. Each workspace includes its own team members, and you are the owner. You can easily manage diverse projects and teams in one place across various workspaces. Let's learn how to create a new workspace. To set up a new workspace, click the "New Workspace" button located in the left corner of your Unitlab Annotate Dashboard.
When setting up a new Workspace, it's crucial to select its purpose. Simply choose the appropriate purpose and enter the Workspace Name. You may use your company name as the Workspace Name, as it will act as the workspace ID.
Enter the email addresses of the individuals you want to invite to the workspace and designate their roles as either Manager or Member.
Learn the differences between Manager, Member, and Owner roles, including their annotator or reviewer positions, in the Role-Based Access Control section.
If you need to change the Workspace Name, click Back. To skip sending invitations for now, click Skip. Don't worry, you can invite your team members later. If you have already entered your members' emails, simply select Continue.
In the final step, you need to select a workspace plan. For details on the available plans, please refer to the Plans and Pricing page on Unitlab Annotate.
Your workspace is now ready, and you can begin creating projects and annotating your data. Learn how to create a project and annotate your data in the Setup a Project section.
